    this is the best …
    this is the best review i’ve watched. so thorough! i love how you zoomed in and out and focused while recording; very helpful.

    a question though, just to clarify, 22 min of video for a 4Gb mem card? or can you just add a 32Gb mem card for longer video?

    also, review is at oct 2009, is there a newer model now that it’s aug 2010?

    Thanks Gordon for clearing up some things for me on this camera
    and the FZ35. For me, the Canon is the one and I just put in an
    order for one on Amazon. 8:25 is a killer shot on your video. I wish it was me
    your were photographing there !!

    Hi Gordan. I read …
    Hi Gordan. I read quite a few reviews/user comments elsewhere on the net that the image quality is very grainy even at low ISOs (80). I’ve seen both ur video n ur in-depth review at ur website and know the comparisons betw SX20 and Z35/38. However, the user comments elsewhere is still a worrying concern for me and I really would appreciate ur advise/views on this. Many thanks and a special thanks for your excellent reviews. Cheers. SP

    @InsanelyMaddie: …
    @InsanelyMaddie: Yep. The settings allow you to mute all ‘clicks n sounds’ or choose from a few. These sounds basically act as audio feedback so that the user knows if the button is clicked (just like ur keypad sounds on ur mobile). Individual preferences, but definitely ‘mute’able. Cheers

    He always forgets …
    He always forgets to add that the camera can zoom further than just the 20X optical zoom, Here’s how when ever you zoom to it’s max. capacity the lens will stop retracting and it’ll give you an option to zoom in electronically with the camera internal computer i would assume. So basically the distance he’s zooming in is far and great but it actually zooms in further, which i thought was pretty cool.
